Welcome to Rajkot One Way Taxi. By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
These terms apply to all passengers, visitors, and users of our taxi service and website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Simple version: We provide safe, reliable one-way taxi rides from Rajkot. You book, we deliver. These terms protect both you and us so that every journey is smooth and fair.
The following rules apply to all bookings made with Rajkot One Way Taxi:
- Bookings can be made via our website contact form, phone call, or WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive explicit confirmation from us via call, message, or email.
- You must provide accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger count. Incorrect information may result in delays or inability to fulfil the booking.
- We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to driver availability.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking request at our discretion, for example if the route is outside our service area.
- The driver's contact details will be shared with you prior to the trip.
Our payment policy is straightforward and fully transparent:
- Fares are quoted on a one-way basis — you pay only for the distance you travel, with no hidden return charge.
- The fare quoted at the time of booking confirmation is the fare you pay. We do not change fares after confirmation.
- Applicable toll charges, state border taxes, and night surcharges (if any) will be communicated to you upfront before confirmation.
- Payment is accepted in Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), or bank transfer.
- Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the trip, or as an advance at the time of booking if mutually agreed.
- We do not collect payment card details and do not store any financial information.
If a trip is extended beyond the originally agreed destination due to a passenger request, additional charges will apply and will be agreed with you before proceeding.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation: Cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may incur a nominal fee to compensate the driver who has already prepared for the trip.
- No-show: If you are not present at the agreed pickup point within a reasonable wait time (generally 15 minutes), the booking may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booking free of charge at least 2 hours before the pickup time, subject to driver availability for the new slot.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
If we need to cancel your booking due to unavailability or force majeure, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. No cancellation fee will be charged to you in such cases.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, passengers are expected to:
- Treat the driver with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Wear a seatbelt throughout the journey.
- Not consume alcohol, smoke, or use any intoxicating substances inside the vehicle.
- Not carry any illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items in the vehicle.
- Ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity.
- Not distract the driver or request the driver to violate traffic laws (e.g. speeding, wrong-way driving).
- Take responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger misconduct.
We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger's behaviour poses a safety risk to the driver or others.
Rajkot One Way Taxi takes passenger safety seriously. However, please note the following limitations:
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please collect all your belongings at the end of the trip.
- In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative vehicle or solution.
- Our liability for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our service.
All our vehicles are insured as required under Indian motor vehicle regulations. Drivers hold valid commercial driving licences and are verified before joining our fleet.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
